We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer - Site Development to join our team in delivering major projects at Sellafield under the PPP arrangement. This is a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation in engineering, safety, and delivery solutions in one of the most complex industrial sites in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining civil engineering requirements for enabling works and new facility, as well as advising on drainage strategy and flood risk requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define civil engineering requirements for enabling works and new facility
  • Input into layouts developed by mechanical and process engineering team
  • Review existing site data and input into land preparation/enabling works
  • Advising on drainage strategy and flood risk requirements

Requirements:

  • BEng or MEng degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartership membership of Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers
  • Experience in design and detailing of highways & drainage, street works, public works, SUDS, building drainage, utilities coordination/diversion of services
