About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Management Support Officer to join our team at NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Digital Strategy, working closely with key stakeholders across our health and care system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide programme management support for the delivery of the Digital Strategy, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
  • Support projects through the ICB's Design and Gateway control processes, developing project documentation and reporting on risks and key milestones.
  • Ensure that Digital Strategy programme management documentation is established, maintained, and up-to-date, and that reports and wider programme documentation are high-quality and accessible to key stakeholders.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Professional knowledge acquired to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in programme or project management, with a strong understanding of change management techniques.
  • High proficiency in using Microsoft 365 and/or other software applications to enable business improvement.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Information Management & Technology experience and specialist knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Benefits Management and/or Benefits Realisation.
  • Experience in Requirements Management, Design processes, and Process Mapping.
