Job Description
We're looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our 24/7 operation, driving performance and efficiency across the supply chain. This role will involve developing and implementing process improvements, leading a team of production staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Lead a team of production staff to achieve high-performance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management)
• Proven experience in production management, with a focus on supply chain optimization
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with electronic warehouse management systems and other relevant software tools

Salary and Benefits
• Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
