Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to engage clients and candidates
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through headhunting and social media channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £23,500 - £25,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): £30k - £40k in the first year, increasing to £50k - £60k+ in subsequent years
  • 30 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Quarterly incentives: 2 UK and 2 European trips, including exciting experiences like white water rafting and exploring vibrant cities
  • Annual Global Incentive to destinations like Barbados, New York, or Tokyo
