About this exceptional opportunity

At Capgemini, we're seeking a seasoned SAP Supply Chain Management Solution Architect to spearhead complete SAP S4 and Cloud Platform solutions. As the primary contact for the technology solution with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll lead a team of senior Engagement Managers, technical architects, and sales/delivery professionals. Collaborating with a global network of SAP Centres of Excellence, you'll represent Capgemini with Analysts, Clients, and partners, driving go-to-market development and sales growth targets for SAP Supply Chain and IBP opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead key design decisions, leveraging your SCM CPG functional expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, or Order to Cash.
  • Manage a team of functional leads on a large Global CPG programme to create an end-to-end solution meeting client needs.
  • Support the Business Change team in change impact assessment and future operating model to support the new client solution.
  • Develop and expand go-to-market strategies and approaches for SAP Supply Chain and IBP sales growth.
  • Address a portfolio of target clients, working with industry sector leads and account executives to grow Capgemini's opportunity pipeline.
  • Analyse, shape, and lead pursuit responses for SAP Supply Chain and IBP opportunities, including requirements analysis, solutioning, estimating, and developing winning proposals.
  • Deliver compelling and confident presentations across client pursuits and external/internal SAP Supply Chain and IBP eminence development.
  • Develop trusted relationships across client stakeholder groups, key partners, and internal groups.

About you

  • You'll bring commitment, flexibility, thought leadership, and a drive to expand your knowledge in new technologies and industry focus, through training and research to develop your career within the SAP SCM team and the wider Capgemini Group.
  • You'll have experience with leading distributed teams to scope, scale, design, build, and test solutions deployed globally.
  • You'll have completed at least three SCM CPG or similar process industry full-lifecycle projects.
  • You'll be comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity, giving clear advice and leadership to internal and external teams.
  • You'll have a passion for working with clients, advising them on how to get the most out of their SAP technologies.
  • You'll have a depth of consulting and functional experience working across SAP Supply Chain business processes, both in the digital core and wider applications.
  • You'll have a track record of leading pursuits for SAP Supply Chain and IBP opportunities, from initial relationship building through to successful closure and delivery of the solution.
  • You'll have knowledge of the strategic direction of SAP and related products, and how to architect those into leading supply chain solutions.
  • You'll have a strong understanding of the SAP market and competition, and be able to help shape a deal and manage it successfully through internal processes.
