SAP Digital Supply Chain Director

The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The teams use their functional knowledge and experience (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (SAP, Ariba) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales activities and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

The Role

We are seeking talented individuals with experience of SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation across various solution process areas. This is a high-profile role within the Supply Chain Capability team, requiring a balance of business development/sales origination to grow the practice and strong client delivery.

The successful candidate will be expected to:
Lead business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal, and contract/commercial negotiations with our SAP clientsAs an Engagement Lead, and/or as a Enterprise Architect lead the delivery of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projectsProvide specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management and work closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of SAPLead the growth of SAP Supply Chain Capability through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team membersHave a functional expertise of latest SAP Digital Supply Chain solution and roadmapAdvise on migration roadmap to SAP S/4 HANAIndustry experience of SAP S/4 implementation in manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, pharmaceutical, or retailThe Person
Functional expertise and knowledge of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmapDeep understanding and knowledge of digital Supply Chain trends, Industry, Digital manufacturing, SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAPExperience in leading on bids, proposals, and commercial negotiations with clientsProven Engagement Lead and/or Enterprise Architect experience for large scale SAP transformation programsExperience leading onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources effectively to ensure the most efficient delivery for the clientAbility to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of deliveryStrong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skillsFacilitation and problem-solving skills along with excellent communication skills (written and oral) whether this is with client stakeholders or remote development teamsSAP system design, build and deployment experience - minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations preferredExperience of business analysis, facilitating a design workshop to gather requirements and then translating the requirements into designExperience producing high quality project deliverables (business requirements, solution design document, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)
