Job Title: Land Management Projects Manager

At Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel, we are seeking a highly skilled Land Management Projects Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Land Acquisition and Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify suitable land for renewable energy development, considering factors such as proximity to grid infrastructure, land use regulations, environmental impact, and community interests.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate land agreements, options, leases, easements, and other legal documents with landowners and stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to land use, planning, environmental impact assessments, and other requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the permitting process and address any concerns or objections.
  • Project Management: Manage land leases, agreements, and other contractual obligations related to renewable energy projects.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and track land-related expenses, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient project development and compliance with financial objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in land management, real estate development, or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of property-related regulations, environmental permitting processes, and property law. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tools: Experience working with GIS software and other land management tools is a plus.
