Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

As a key member of the Guidant Global team, the Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary HR interface with the business, providing strategic guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. HR Consultancy: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  2. Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies are applied consistently and effectively across the business, in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.
  3. Employee Development: Develop and coach employees and managers to enhance their skills and performance, driving business growth and success.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Establish a two-way information flow with the business and HR Centres of Expertise, ensuring management awareness of HR policies and providing input on business needs.
  5. Resource Planning: Support managers in resource planning, including skills and headcount planning, internal and external mobility/recruitment, and contributing to the staffing plan.
  6. Employee Relations: Ensure effective employee relation solutions within existing local employee relation policy and practice.
Requirements:
  1. Emotional Intelligence: Possess a high level of emotional intelligence, with excellent listening and coaching skills.
  2. Generalist HR Knowledge: Have strong generalist HR knowledge, with a focus on change and strategic competencies.
  3. Communication and Conflict Management: Demonstrate good communication and conflict management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a transnational environment.
