We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to work with us as Parcel Warehouse Operatives. This is a crucial role that requires flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm. As a Parcel Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for unloading and loading parcels from trailers, moving them through our warehouses, and ensuring they arrive at their destination safely. You will also work with a mechanized Parcel Sorting machine, sorting up to 40,000 items per shift with your team.

We are looking for individuals who are able to carry parcels up to 30kgs and push up to 250kg, with assistance provided for larger items. You will need to be physically able to manage these heavy goods. We offer competitive pay rates, including:

  • Early shift (6am – 2pm): £11.44 p/h
  • Night Shift (10pm – 6am): £11.44 p/h
  • Peak Pay Rates (28^th October 2024 to 12^th January 2025 only):
    • Early shift (6am – 2pm): £12.54 p/h
    • Late Shift (2pm – 10pm): £13.90 p/h
    • Night Shift (10pm – 6am): £15.11 p/h
