Maternity Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced midwife to join our team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality maternity care to women with mental health or substance misuse problems and their babies in the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
The ideal candidate will have a substantial post-registration practice and relevant competencies, as well as knowledge of mental health in pregnancy. They will be committed to quality initiatives, research, and their application to practice.
As a member of our Public Health Team for Mental Health and Substance Misuse, the successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions to support women and their families.
