Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Building Services Administrator to join our team at the Boden Group. As a key member of our estates team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the activities of contractors and direct labour on hospital site
  • Allocate reactive repairs and PPMs
  • Ensure compliance with HTMs, Health & Safety and wiring regulations
  • Authorised Person for mechanical, electrical and building maintenance
  • Paperwork and certificates relating to ventilation and Legionella
  • HNC or equivalent qualification

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in facilities management and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you will undergo a DBS check.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development.
