About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies across various sectors, including construction projects in the public and private sectors. As Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hard facilities management, including planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Develop and implement PPM schedules to ensure all assets are maintained in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including water hygiene, asbestos management, and other statutory obligations.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the performance of external contractors, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard and within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality or compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to Hard FM and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration.
