About the Role

The successful candidate will hold a senior position within the Adult Critical Care teams, reporting directly to the Head of Nursing. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing clinical practice, auditing against agreed standards, and liaising with nursing staff to ensure adherence to trust guidelines.

You will be expected to lead changes in practice where necessary, approve requisitions for posters and leaflets, and participate in testing relevant software applications. Additionally, you will take part in audit work related to clinical systems and assist other clinical leads in analysing new local, regional, and national initiatives.

As a representative of the Trust, you will share best practices and bring information back to the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent the Trust at local, regional, and national levels.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for clinical leadership, we look forward to receiving your application.
