About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mixologist to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative cocktails using fresh ingredients and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • You will also assist in the preparation of all beverages, both hot and cold, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality standards, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

  • DBS/PVG certification is required for this role.
  • A Bar Licence/Training Certificate and Food Hygiene Certificate are also necessary.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.
