Job Title: Mixologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our client's team in Glasgow. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional cocktails and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours and Days:

  • Wednesday to Friday

Working Hours:

  • 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM

Rate of Pay:

  • £12.42 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational quality requirements
  • Create innovative cocktails that meet customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of spirits, mixers, and other ingredients
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mixologist in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and organisational quality requirements
