Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager to join our team in this hybrid working role. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing high-value partnerships with corporate partners, individuals, and family foundations to support our work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with major supporters, including corporate partners and high net worth individuals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and philanthropy, working closely with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Manage a portfolio of partnerships, ensuring that all agreements are fulfilled and that we maximise the impact of these relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of our fundraising strategy, providing expert advice on partnership development and management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of partnership working are aligned with our overall objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of securing significant partnerships, preferably in a charity or non-profit context.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Knowledge of the current philanthropy and high net worth individual landscape, with insight into future trends.
  • Experience of database management and using a fundraising CRM system.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
