About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team at Greene King. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our accommodation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and team collaboration.
  • Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
  • Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
