We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Complex Systems Integration Consultant at Conexus.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP HR, specifically within the payroll domain, and proven expertise in SAP ABAP and SAP FICO.

  • As a key member of the HRIS team, you will analyse business requirements and design technical solutions for seamless integration with existing payroll configurations.
  • You will act as a critical interface between functional HR experts, HRIS teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both local and global environments.
  • Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing the impact of SAP updates, ensuring system consistency and delivering configuration updates as needed.
Key Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP HR, specifically within the payroll domain, is required.

Proven expertise in SAP ABAP and SAP FICO is essential.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical details in plain language.

Fluency in English, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, is a must.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
