Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Developer to join our Conexus team, specialising in SAP HR and Workday integration. As part of our HRIS team, you'll be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing payroll configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a critical interface between functional HR experts, HRIS teams, and external stakeholders.
- Analyse detailed business requirements and deliver technical SAP solutions that align with both local and global environments.
- Assess and manage the impact of SAP updates, ensuring system consistency and delivering configuration updates as needed.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SAP HR, specifically within the payroll domain, coupled with proven expertise in SAP ABAP and SAP FICO.
- A strong track record of delivering complex payroll projects.
- Proficiency in integrating SAP HR with Workday and Google Applications.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex technical details in plain language.
- Fluency in English, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
