Care Support Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistants to join our team in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
**Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalized care and support to our customers, promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Working closely with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional customer experience
- Conducting regular assessments to identify customer needs and develop tailored care plans
**Requirements:**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care (or related field)
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with adults requiring personal care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Valid full driving license and reliable transportation
**Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £13.50 per hour, increasing to £20.25 on bank holidays
