Care Home Manager

A highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse is required to take on the role of Care Home Manager at Black Fox Solutions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team of nurses and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Job:
The Care Home Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our care facility, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support. This includes leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, developing and implementing care plans, and overseeing staffing, budgets, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of nurses to deliver outstanding care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations
- Build relationships with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and trust
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have Active NMC registration and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, including 2 years in a senior nursing role. You should also have proven leadership experience, sound knowledge of statutory care requirements, and strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
