  • Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of raw materials and components.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure the quality and safety of products.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and GMP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues.
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
