Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Defence sector. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex programmes and projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of programme and project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate programme and project risks, and to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and manage programme and project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the development and implementation of programme and project quality assurance processes, including quality planning, quality control, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with programme and project teams to identify and implement process improvements, and to develop and implement best practices.
- Proven experience in programme and project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate programme and project teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate programme and project risks.
- Proven experience in programme and project budgeting and financial management.
