About the Job

We are seeking an Inclusion and Progress Coordinator to join our team at NextGen Teachers. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote student progress, social inclusion, and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement evidence-based interventions to address gaps in student progress and attainment.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop inclusive practices that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Support students with SEMH needs through ISIP, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

Teaching and Learning

  • Deliver a tailored curriculum at Key Stage 3, incorporating core subjects like English, mathematics, and science.
  • Offer adapted curricula at Key Stage 4, featuring GCSE or vocational courses tailored to individual student needs.
  • Organize daily assemblies and Read-Aloud sessions, promoting a love of reading and a sense of community.
  • Manage social times, creating a welcoming atmosphere during lunchtimes.
