Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Leicester

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and growing the mechanical design team, promoting consultation and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the mechanical design team, promoting consultation and collaboration within the team.
  • Develop and implement detailed mechanical designs for various projects, including healthcare, education, residential, high-rise, commercial, and heritage buildings.
  • Actively participate in the design verification process and check and sign off junior/intermediate engineers' designs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mechanical design, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Hevacomp, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
