Job Description

The Head of Sales will be instrumental in business growth and development, focusing on the international market. This role involves building and executing a sales strategy to exceed budgeted growth, collaborating with the marketing team, and managing the sales budget efficiently.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
  2. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including sales managers and representatives.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans that align with sales objectives.
  5. Manage the sales budget and resources efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a similar role as Sales Director or at a spirit company or distributor.
  • Strong network of international contacts for spirit distribution.
  • Proven track record in sales strategies, team management, and results.
  • Passion for the drinks industry and up-to-date knowledge on trends.

Salary: Up to €80,000 (DOE)
