About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to join our Capital Design and Delivery department, specifically the Waste Treatment Delivery Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of project managers and assistant project managers in delivering multiple capital engineering and construction schemes, and driving key project KPIs across a programme of large capital engineering and construction projects within Severn Trent's Capital and Commercial Services business area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and assistant project managers to deliver multiple capital engineering and construction schemes.
  • Drive key project KPIs across a programme of large capital engineering and construction projects.
  • Manage NEC projects, with a proven track record of cost planning and management and budgetary responsibility.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and anticipating unexpected issues and challenges.
