Bond Education Cambridge is looking for a skilled Qualified Teacher to fill a Flexible Teaching Opportunities role. As a Mentorship and Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students who require one-to-one support throughout the academic year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent experience for teaching in the UK
  • A good working knowledge of the National Curriculum
  • The ability to engage learners creatively and confidently teach 1:1
  • An openness to flexible schedules and a minimum of a term's commitment

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.
