The Role

As a Performance Director, you will collaborate closely across all clients, to continually ensure delivery is in line with their objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Lead client end to end, manage and sustain strong client relationships and instill confidence that recommendations made are always in their interest.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Complete forecasting and attribution modelling beyond GA4 and in-platform solutions to ensure performance is assessed and planned channel agnostically to demonstrate the value of our work to clients in a compelling and data-led way.
  • Media Planning and Activation
    • Assist and support the teams responsible for media planning and activation in their understanding of the impact their activity has on client performance.
  • Direct Response Channel Support
    • Support the direct response channel teams (SEO, PPC, social etc) in their day to day roles, and assist in the communication of results to client by adding a strategic, long term view to day to day metric reporting.
  • New Business Development
    • Take an active role in New Business, diagnosing and assisting in the strategic response to briefs and will be able to call on the expertise of SME's to ladder activation level thinking up to a strategic goal.
