We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Director to join our team at McCann Manchester. As a key member of our digital hub, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure delivery aligns with their objectives
  • Lead client relationships, manage and sustain strong relationships, and instill confidence in recommendations made
  • Complete forecasting and attribution modeling to assess and plan channel-agnostically
  • Support media planning and activation teams in understanding the impact of their activity on client performance
  • Assist direct response channel teams in their day-to-day roles and communicate results to clients with a strategic, long-term view
  • Take an active role in New Business, diagnosing and assisting in the strategic response to briefs
