About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients who are struggling with tobacco dependency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat nicotine withdrawal symptoms for hospitalized patients
  • Support patients in their efforts to quit smoking
  • Liaise with community stop smoking services
  • Follow up with patients after discharge to monitor their progress

You will be part of a small team working closely with medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
