Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for various clients, leveraging your expertise in web3, social media, and emerging technologies.
  • Translate strategic plans into detailed communication schedules and content calendars, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to deliver cohesive and effective campaign results.
  • Monitor market trends and technological advancements in web3, broader tech, and social media spaces to adapt and optimize strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights through regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Engage with clients to refine strategies and respond to feedback, ensuring alignment with their brand, message, and goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the client's brand, message, and goals, maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Web3 Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Experience in marketing agency environments, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms, including Discord, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in sports marketing, working with large sports brands, teams, leagues, or gaming marketing.
  • Degree or qualification in marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the web3 space, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing agency environments, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Experience with Farcaster, a leading web3 platform.
