**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing trends, and conducting variance analysis. You will also assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
* Analyze trends in sales, costs, and expenses to identify variances and opportunities for improvement
* Conduct variance analysis to explain financial performance compared to forecasts, budgets, and prior periods
* Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections
* Collaborate with different business units to gather data and ensure accurate forecasts

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
* Studying toward ACCA or CIMA
* 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
