About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner or Senior level Infrastructure Planner to join our team at Mattinson Partnership. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional planning, design, and environmental services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily section or project budgets, including Work in Progress on projects within your area of responsibility.
  • Prioritize financial success and take responsibility to act in its best interest.
  • Interpret, organize, research, analyze, and execute major projects and medium-scale projects.
  • Lead fee control, technical direction, and effectively manage senior client liaison.
  • Oversee medium projects or several small ones with complex features.

Requirements

  • Hold an RTPI accredited degree or Masters in a related discipline.
  • Be a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute or be working towards it.
  • Have at least a year of experience working in the planning industry in either the public or private sectors.
  • Exhibit strong client liaison skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • A good understanding of the UK planning process.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of £32,500 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package from Mattinson Partnership.
