Job Title: Conservation Architect

Company: Hunter Dunning Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conservation Architect to join our team in London. As a key member of our heritage and conservation practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on historical architecture and conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist advice on pre-application and planning applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and specialists
  • Share expertise in historical architecture and conservation within the team

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in UK conservation and historic building projects
  • Experience in historical report writing and technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the planning process and familiarity with relevant environmental/heritage legislation and guidance
