Job Title: Nursery Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Assistant to work in our 6 month-2 year provision at South Acton Nursery School and Children's Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will undertake a range of duties to ensure the health, safety, welfare, physical and emotional wellbeing of the children at the Centre. They will work closely with our friendly and professional team to provide high quality education and care to children aged from 6 months to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relate to and interact with a range of people from diverse communities
  • Have a friendly, courteous and helpful approach with children and their families, staff and all visitors to the school
  • Have experience of working with young children up to 5 years old
  • Undertake a range of duties to ensure the health, safety, welfare, physical and emotional wellbeing of the children at the Centre
Requirements:
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual
  • Ability to relate to and interact with a range of people from diverse communities
  • Experience of working with young children up to 5 years old
