About the Role


As a key member of our Costa Coffee team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead shifts and support colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
  • Train and develop new team members to achieve their full potential
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and promotions to share with the team
  • Drive high standards across all aspects of store operations
