Mandarin Speaking Customer Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking customer claims specialist to join our team at People First. As a customer claims specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer insurance data, updating receivable and receipt information, and communicating with sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer insurance data and update receivable and receipt information on the insurance portal.
- Manage and update sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis.
- Check claims from customers and collect required information for manager's review.
- Communicate with sales teams and customers for any claim issue.
- Issue credit notes via an internal system.
Requirements:
- BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred.
- Working experience with similar job preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to details.
- Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions.
- Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting.
