Mandarin Speaking Customer Claims Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking customer claims specialist to join our team at People First. As a customer claims specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer insurance data, updating receivable and receipt information, and communicating with sales teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate customer insurance data and update receivable and receipt information on the insurance portal.
  • Manage and update sales policy in an internal system on a regular basis.
  • Check claims from customers and collect required information for manager's review.
  • Communicate with sales teams and customers for any claim issue.
  • Issue credit notes via an internal system.

Requirements:

  • BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field preferred.
  • Working experience with similar job preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Proficient in Excel and skilled with most of functions.
  • Self-motivated but equally work well in a team setting.
