Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to assist a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in his daily life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client with social inclusion activities, such as meeting friends and attending hospital appointments.
- Assist with personal care, including toileting and intimate hygiene.
- Drive the client's mobility vehicle and assist with transfers using the ceiling track hoist.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a driving license, be patient and respectful, and have experience working with individuals with complex needs.
