Job Title: Business Support Associate

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Associate to join our team in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse, global team carrying out business-critical work.

About the Job:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Manufacturing Plants and Huddersfield Site, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing an effective PA, secretarial, and administrative service to site personnel
  • Coordinating meetings and events for internal, inter-site, and external attendees
  • Maintaining the general tidiness and facilities within the Main Office Block and North West Office conference rooms
  • Administering the Site Vehicle Register
  • Updating the Joint Integrity Site List

You will also be responsible for other administrative duties to ensure smooth running of site departments.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years' experience in a multi-disciplined office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook
  • Able to meet deadlines, handle pressure, and prioritize a diverse workload
  • A team player with excellent planning and organizational skills
