Job Summary

We are looking for an Inventory Control Associate to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Production Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing production plans and inventory control processes.

About the Role
  • Work closely with Materials, Demand Management, Account Management, Warehousing and Operations to ensure efficient production planning and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with functional team members to improve internal processes for inventory management, including 3PL inventory tracking and coordinating assembly line production plans.
  • Analyse problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Currently studying towards a degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain, Transportation & Logistics, with a focus on production/manufacturing systems, supply chain, inventory controls, and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
