About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Property Due Diligence Consultant to join our team at Ramboll. As a key member of our Environment & Health division, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in property and asset transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and contributing to new business development initiatives.
  • Scoping and costing property environmental due diligence projects.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in climate risk, strategic sustainability, energy, buildings and other disciplines to bring multi-disciplinary solutions to our clients.
  • Integrating Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) into real estate transactional advice.
  • Managing and coordinating property portfolio environmental assessments.
  • Liaison with and management of client relationships, including investors, banks, planners, technical due diligence providers and lawyers.
  • Preparing factual and interpretative reports.
  • Critical review of third party reports and data.
  • Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Contributing to resource management and coordinating desk-based research and site visits.
Requirements
  • Degree in environmental, engineering or science related discipline.
  • Previous experience (ideally a minimum of 5 years) working in the property surveying, investment, or consulting sector.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Experience with IT packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Numerically competent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Competent and efficient report writing skills.
