Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • Work in the SEND department, supporting students' learning and development
  • Deliver first-class support for young people's independent study
  • Develop excellent relationships with students and motivate them to overcome barriers to learning
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive support system
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting
  • Passion for supporting young people's development
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults
  • Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping ability
  • Calm, supportive manner and adaptability

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but the option to make it permanent may become available at a later date.
