**Quantity Surveyor - Doors & Entrances**

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Cost Management: Ensure accurate pricing and manage subcontractor costs, invoices, and payments
  • Variation Pricing and Invoicing: Handle variation pricing and invoicing for clients and construction teams
  • Client and Team Communication: Interact with clients and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Site and Project Management: Communicate with site and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Negotiation and Financial Management: Negotiate with clients on financial and legal matters, and manage accruals and work in progress
  • Cost Forecasting and Monitoring: Develop cost forecasting tools and monitor actual costs against the budget

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
