Job OverviewThis is a full-time position requiring the candidate to prepare and present meals to a high standard, aiming for exceptional restaurant sales. The ideal candidate must maintain a clean kitchen environment and ensure customer safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to meet quality standards and enhance presentation.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and advise management of shortages.
- Familiarize yourself with site promotions and menu offers.
- Present dishes to a satisfactory level for every customer.
- Maintain complete compliance with Food Safety Regulations and health & Safety Rules.
- Conduct kitchen and restaurant activities in a clean and safe manner according to Company policies.
- Wear protective clothing and equipment as required.
- Monitor food portions to minimize waste and control expenditure.
- Adhere to site standards at all times.
- Identify potential equipment breakdowns and notify management promptly.
Qualifications and Benefits:
- BHS qualification and Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate minimum.
