We are seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen Operations Specialist to join our team at Aramark Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role:

This role involves coordinating with the manager to plan and execute menu preparation, ordering supplies, and managing inventory levels. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and supervising the use of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with the manager to plan and execute menu preparation.
  2. Order supplies and manage inventory levels.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  4. Adhere to food safety regulations.
  5. Supervise the use of kitchen equipment.
  6. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
  7. Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
  8. Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
  9. Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
  10. Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  1. Food Service Certificate as needed.
  2. Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  3. Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure.
