In this role, you will be responsible for conducting gas safety inspections, performing servicing of gas appliances, and providing reactive maintenance for a variety of boilers and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct gas safety inspections and perform servicing of gas appliances in line with manufacturer instructions.
  • Provide reactive maintenance for a range of domestic and commercial heating systems.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures and relevant industry standards, including performing risk assessments and ensuring all work complies with company protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when needed and participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota to meet customer expectations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified in domestic heating systems, with expertise in fault-finding and central heating controls.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Essential qualifications include CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, and G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification.
  • Knowledge of system controls, basic electrics, and heating wiring.
  • IT literacy for completing work-related documentation, possibly using an iPad.
  • Clean driving license.
