About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Manager to join our team at FalconSmartIT. As a Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our Workday, Oracle HCM, Workiva, Alteryx Taleo, BillingCenter, and Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure testing needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in testing and test management.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong domain knowledge of the London markets is an added advantage.
