About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager to lead our UK Test team and drive the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge mortgage origination platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform.
  • Manage and mentor a team of testers to deliver high-quality testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development teams to design effective test cases and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and overall quality metrics.
  • Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and contribute to improving the quality of our testing strategy and overall approach.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience leading UK mortgage test teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-paced environment.
