Job Title: Fire & Security Engineer

About the Role

Zitko Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team in Bournemouth. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.

  • Servicing, installation, and maintenance of security systems.
  • System knowledge with Hikvision, Samsung, Texecom, Galaxy, Pac, and Paxton.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a first-class service delivery when on-site, resolving concerns and answering questions.
  • Work within a team and independently, taking responsibility for work completion.
  • Assist with the call-out rota and travel as necessary.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Servicing, installation, and maintenance of security systems.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with security systems.
  • Knowledge of Hikvision, Samsung, Texecom, Galaxy, Pac, and Paxton systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
